Brad Dodge earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from San Diego State University, then moved to the Bay Area where he has been a loan officer for the last 14 years. He has been the in-house lender for Coldwell Banker, Los Gatos, for over 8 years. Brad feels strongly about the service he provides his clients. His goal is to make them feel as comfortable as possible with their purchase or refinance. When it comes to first-time homebuyers, Brad does his best to take the mystery out of the loan process. His main source of business comes from past clients and their referrals. Brad’s goal is to make every client, a client for life. Brad truly enjoys helping people in the dream of homeownership. He states, “My most rewarding transactions involve people with low down payments. These are often people who have felt they could never own a home.” Brad lives in Los Gatos with his wife Jennifer, a school teacher, and their 9-year-old twin sons, Connor and Cooper.
