Ryan has been selling mortgages for four years, priding himself on closing more than 120 transactions in 2009. He excels in Jumbo, FHA and VA clients and leverages his experience with Princeton Capital ability to lend on many programs as a direct lender. This allows process to be streamlined, and gives him the ability to control each of his transactions from origination to closing.

Ryan received his BA in business from Chico State and a MBA from the University of Phoenix. Living in Roseville for the past 24 years, he has a unique insight into the Sacramento valley market and all of the idiosyncrasies of the surrounding communities.  

In his free time you can typically find Ryan playing with his three children, enjoying the many local outdoor activities – most especially snow and water skiing.
