Sean Sullivan, Senior Loan Officer

Sean Sullivan has been active in Silicon Valley real estate since 1986.  With his vast knowledge of the markets, real estate agents and loan products, he is able to deliver a fast, smooth financing process to his customers.  He has expertise in accommodating clients with all types of unique financial needs, as evidenced in his client list, covering top executives of Fortune 500 companies and principals of family-owned businesses, as well as first-time homebuyers.

Sean’s success rate of customer satisfaction is evident by the credentials he holds.  He has personally funded in excess of $400 Million in residential loans and another $75 Million in commercial loans.  In addition to personal production, he has managed or led companies for 11 of the past 14 years with annual loan volume exceeding $500 Million.  He has served on advisory boards for several national lenders and taught financing classes at local colleges and real estate companies.

A native of California, Sean has lived most of his life in the Bay Area and has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from San Jose State University.  He has four grown children and enjoys golf, surfing, all spectator sports and is an avid reader.
